We absolutely fell in love with this farmhouse and property. 3 1/2 acres on the edge of Midway Kentucky. The farmhouse was built in 1873. It will be a complete rehab project. Fortunately there’s a three car garage with an apartment above it. We can live in that while the work is being done. I am so excited about the potential impossibility here. It feels good all around. So we will wait and see if we can make this happen
