This was a unique property. It was not complete and its renovations and that was disclosed. However our excitement quickly turned when we noticed a few major issues. There was one sub panel that was a mess. There was a second furnace in the floor underneath the master suite that had a Lotta issues. And there was water damage in the dining nook and above the front doorway. It was sad to see all of the spectacular finish with such underlying problems
